Now that your permitting authority has required an Environmental Justice (EJ) analysis as part of their permitting process, what are the next steps? This panel will discuss recent executive orders, USEPA guidance, and data analysis tools that govern EJ analyses. The panelist will demonstrate EJ mapping tools used to screen demographic, socioeconomic, environmental, and health conditions of the community in the vicinity of your Facility. The panel will discuss processes for assessing projects impacts, determining disproportionate impacts, and evaluating mitigation measures.
