WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congress yesterday passed the Protecting our Infrastructure of Pipelines and Enhancing Safety (PIPES) Act of 2020 through its passage of the December Omnibus spending bill. AFPM released the following statement today regarding the PIPES Act::
“AFPM is pleased with the passage of this legislation, which will ensure the adequate protection and management of our nation’s critical pipeline infrastructure while also allowing for the acceleration of innovative pipeline technologies.
